Limestone County Sheriff Dennis Wilson will continue to represent Limestone County at the state level in the area of mental health issues. Limestone County commissioners court renominated Wilson at its April 14 meeting to the MHMR Center board of directors, where he has served for several years. “I think he’s done a good job,” County Judge Daniel Burkeen said, “especially since he serves on the HB 3793 Panel set up by the Legislature to come up with some mental health planning in the future that directly affects the people he deals with in the jail.”
