This quote from the “Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner” by Samuel Taylor Coleridge could quite possibly be applied to the current water conditions in Limestone County. Even though area residents have been enjoying the cool waters coming from the skies, The National Weather Service is still indicating a severe to extreme drought condition for much of north and central Texas. Despite heavy rainfalls in some areas, many reservoirs ended the month of May with less water.
