About 18 miles west of Groesbeck, just over the county line near Mart, is a juvenile facility filled with emotionally disturbed teenagers incarcerated for crimes they have committed. Their troubles are many and sometimes appear intractable, but volunteer Roy Frink, of Corsicana, has worked with troubled teens for the past 15 years to try to help some of the kids find their way to a normal life.
