Special for the Journal The bug has bit me. Not the flu bug but the Spring Fever bug. I’m doing more dreaming about it than anything else. Bet I’m not the only one. It was a beautiful day even with the wind. This was one like one might have even played hooky from school or work for. Anyone remember ever doing that?

This is the first winter I’ve had to keep both winter and summer clothing on hand. I’m so confused and can’t figure out how to plan ahead with the temps ranging from teens to almost 80’s. I’m not the only ones confused, I saw about 60 or so geese flying north on the 14th. Are they going bonkers or on the money? It was still cold when Sam, our new food delivery driver brought the great lunch Groesbeck made for us. Everyone enjoys lima beans and ham, more so in the winter with cornbread.
