      The spring citywide garage sale will be Saturday, March 28. The garage sale will be all day - all over town in both the residential areas and the business areas. Everyone is reminded to register for the citywide garage sale with the Chamber of Commerce in order to have your name on the citywide garage sale list. This list will be published in the Journal of March 26.

Special Saturday admission at the Pearce Museum
      The Pearce Museum on the campus of Navarro College in Corsicana is offering special Saturday rates through the end of 2009. From noon to 4 p.m. every Saturday, visitors can enjoy the museum for a reduced general admission rate: adults $5, seniors (55+) $4, students (6-17) $3. Regular admission rates apply during the week.
