The Current Issues & Events team of (left to right) Russell Bond, Daron Stone, Shelby Rasco and Benton Roe took first-place team awards at the district meet and will advance to the regional meet April 25 The Literary Criticism team of (left to right) Benton Roe, Tori Pankonien, Katie Stewart and Jordan Hamilton won the district title as first-place team. This is the eighth year Groesbeck has taken first place. All will advance to the regional tournament at Blinn College. The Journalism team won the first place team award at the district meet. All these girls will advance to the regional tournament.
