      August 6, 1959 PITCHING WINS NAVY SOFTBALL TOURNEY Pitching by Charlie Ingram of Kosse led "C" Maintenance to a championship in the softball tournament at Chase Navy Field. The team was undefeated in 12 starts during the first round of play and averaged more than 15 runs per game. Opponents managed only seven runs in the 12 outings.
