There will be a dance at the Kosse Korral on Saturday night with music by the Big Creek Bottom. barbecue, set-ups, pizza and cold beer will be available.

Walter Wayne Johnson spent a few days with his parents, Ruth and Edgar. A friend, Vernon M. Pearson, visited with him. Both are from Baytown.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Mitchell of Pasadena spent a few days the past week with their grandmother, Mrs. R.V. Mitchell. Others visiting her and the Johnsons were Gayle and May Mayo and grandsons of Grand Prairie.

Returning from a visit to Mansfield, Louisiana, are Mrs. Nell Rhodes and her daughter, Mrs. Sandy Slafka and Mrs. Rhodes' grandson, Donald Lee Doss. Donald Lee went to visit his father Danny H. Doss who is working for Brown & Root.
