OutReach911 is a mass notification system designed to keep Limestone Countyresidents and businesses informed of emergencies and certain community events.

By registering with Out- Reach911, time-sensitive voice messages from Limestone County may be sent to your home, cell or business phone. Text messages may also be sent to cell phones, e-mails. By submitting your contact information, you will be kept informed of local, wide-spread or regional emergencies affecting your community.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER. You can enter up to three phone numbers. If you have more than one phone or at least one e-mail address, this allows the system to reach out to all these contacts to inform you of an emergency situation. The first telephone number that you list is noted as the primary contact number.

An emergency notification database is maintained in our area by HOTCOG. It contains many, but not all, Limestone landline telephone numbers. Don’t automatically assume you are in the HOTCOG 911 database. There are no cell phones or e-mails listed in this data base. OutReach911 represents a second data base for emergency notification, which can include your cell phone number and email address. This database can only be developed through selfregistration. Since the HOTCOG database is limited to landlines only, it is VERY IMPORTANT for you to self-register with Out- Reach911. Many of you may have elderly parents or others who do not have internet access. Please feel free in assisting them with the registration process.

When you progress to the second page click the blue “Registration Tab” at the top and you will be taken to this page http://hotcog.updata911.com/ register to begin data entry.
