Coolidge Junior High stays unbeaten
      For the second time this year the Coolidge Junior High Yellowjackets soundly whipped the Avalon young Eagles, 26-6, Thursday, Oct. 29th, in Avalon. This kept the guys undefeated (6-0 season, 4-0 district) and can wrap up the District 14 title next Thursday, November 5, in Trinidad. That would be the third straight district crown for the junior Jackets.

News of Tehuacana and its people
      Our next door neighbors are moving, they are Jessie, Laura and Sharon Munson. We really hate to see them go. They are good neighbors, and Sharon, the daughter visits us often. We really enjoy her visits. However they plan to continue to live in Tehuacana, so we will still get to see them.
