Boot Campers run for a good cause

Shelton Chapman, Barbara Hicks, Diana Fraley, and Sindra Fraley (Relay Team) Nine boot campers ran in the Miracle Match Marathon Relay and Half Marathon on Jan. 31st. The cold temperatures couldn’t slow them down. The relays were made of teams of 4, each running anywhere from 5 to 8 miles. The half marathon was a race of 13.1 miles in length. The human race has had long experience and a fine tradition in surviving adversity. But we now face a task for which we have little experience, the task of surviving prosperity. ----Alan Gregg
