Duncan announces for county judge
I am announcing my candidacy for Limestone County Judge. For those who don’t know me I have lived in Limestone County for over 50 years. I graduated from Mexia High School in 1975. After graduation I joined the United States Marine Corps where I was selected to go to the Presidential Retreat at Camp David, Maryland. I have been in business in Mexia and now Groesbeck for over 31 years. I know what it means to sign both sides of a paycheck. I have served as City Councilman, Mayor, President of Whiterock Water Supply, President of Mexia ISD School Board, Municipal Judge of Mexia and I am the current Mayor of Mexia.
As the Mayor in the 90s I worked with the entire County to save our Mexia State School. As the President of the Mexia School Board I was able to cut spending by $2 million without costing jobs. As a Veteran I feel I bring Leadership to the table. I will work to make sure ALL taxpayers are represented. From Coolidge to Kosse, from Lake Limestone to Lake Mexia and everyone else that pays Limestone County property tax. My cell phone number is 254-747-0196. Please vote in the Republican Primary on March 6 and vote for Proven Leadership.
