The mission at Parkview Regional Hospital is Making Communities Healthier®.  This annual health and wellness fair gives us an opportunity to reach out to the residents of Mexia and surrounding areas and educate them about the health and wellness resources available in our community.”

The health fair, which is open to anyone in the community, will feature vendors from across the area offering health screenings, health information, promotional items, and more. Parkview Regional Hospital anticipates there will be more than 40 different health-related organizations at the event. Parkview Regional Hospital will be highlighting their recent distinction as a 4 Star hospital, as rated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), blood pressure screenings, stroke assessments, blood sugar screenings, and much more.

“This community-wide event is open to anyone who would like to attend and is free to the public, said Jennifer Lynch, organizer of the event.  “Were excited to see how much this event grows each year and we know this year’s event will be even bigger and better than last years.”
