Thornton Senior News

Our numbers keep being around the same each week, fourteen, for which we are grateful. We welcomed two new Seniors, Joe and Betty Reynolds this week and hope they will continue to come and be a part of the group. Others were Gayla Lind, Earl Mask, Fonetta Simmons, Bill and Elizabeth Neason, Donna Lloyd, Ann Brown, Roger and Linda Watson, Neennah German, Janice Bilbrey and myself. We had a good lunch with a few extras this week being tomatoes donated by Candise Neal and our usual Sonic Burrito and an orange from our Center, a snack pak donated by Central Baptist Church, Thornton. All donations are appreciated each week, and a special Thank You to Central Baptist Church for our meeting place each week and the ice.

In this time of great uncertainty, it may be prudent to remember who we are, where we come from, and the words of those who came before us.
