AUGUST 3 Groesbeck High school volleyball two-a-days will start from 8 a.m to 10 a.m. and again from 12 noon to 2 p.m Monday through Friday. Athletes are asked to be there 30 minutes prior to practice times. Two-a-day practices are for athletes grades 9-12. Athletes should have their medical release forms and/or physical forms completed and turned in before day one of the workouts.
