9:40 a.m. Officer Hobbs to 1000 block West Yeagua for welfare check. Mental health warrant requested via county judge’s office.

11:20 a.m. Officer Hobbs to 1000 block West Yeagua to execute mental health warrant. Female transported to Parkview Geriatric Psych Unit in Mexia. (Began process at 11:20 a.m. Ended at 6:00 p.m.)

3:15 p.m. Officer Cox to office for counterfeit currency. Manager of local business discovered counterfeit twenty dollar bill.

4:00 p.m. Officer Cox to 1200 block Karen Lane for reckless driver complaint. Driver located and warned.

5:30 p.m. Officer Cox to office to speak with complainant regarding local ordinance question. Caller requested clarification on burning items in a barrel.

7:30 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 600 block North Tyus for animal complaint. Resident had questions regarding his neighbor’s barking dog.

December 12, 2017

2:10 a.m. Officer Pantalici to 300 block East Brazos for suspicious activity. Resident heard loud noise near his back door. Determined to be family member entering residence through a window.

4:00 a.m. Officer Pantalici to county jail following traffic stop. Driver was arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants.

8:00 a.m. Officer Hobbs to 200 block East Trinity for suspicious activity. Resident reported hearing noise outside residence during the night.

9:30 a.m. Officer Martin, K9 Opal and Chief Henson to H.O. Whitehurst for K9 program

December 13, 2017

3:20 a.m. Officer Pantalici to 400 block South Ellis Street for possible intoxicated person. Located suspect and found not to be intoxicated.

6:50 a.m. Chief Henson to Hwy 164 East for reported intoxicated driver. Vehicle located and stopped. Driver found not to be intoxicated.

7:27 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 900 block East Navasota for juvenile complaint. Mother having trouble getting son to go to school.

3:07 p.m. Sgt. Bell and Officer Kiser to 300 block West State for minor crash involving school bus.

6:54 p.m. Officer Martin to 500 block Parkcrest for civil issue. Borrowed vehicle had not been returned.

7:20 p.m. Office Martin to 1000 block North McClintic for civil issue. Customer wanting to retrieve vehicle from property.

December 14, 2017

7:30 a.m. Chief Henson and Sgt. Bell to 200 block Martin Luther King for stranded motorist. Assistance provided and vehicle driven away.
