The Groesbeck boys and girls cross country teams are off to a running start placing a member from each team in the Top 20 at the Temple Invitational at Lions Park in Temple on Friday, Aug. 19.
The Lady Goats season is going to be forever immortalized in their team pictures and on Friday, Aug. 12 the team lined up for the annual picture day, with more than just smiles.
The volleyball team went 6- 0 at the Riesel tournament on Aug. 11-13 at Riesel High School. The perfect mark earned them first place.

The Groesbeck High School football team lined up from the line of scrimmage against an opponent for the first time to unofficially start the 2022 season, as Groesbeck hosted Madisonville on Friday, Aug. 12 for a scrimmage at Groesbeck Stadium.
