For a while Saturday the Groesbeck Lady Goats soared as if they were in a hot-air balloon with an unlimited supply of fuel to keep it adrift.
This Friday, August 16, the Groesbeck Goats will be in Rockdale for its varsity and junior varsity teams to scrimmage the Tigers. The junior varsity goes first at 5:30 pm.
In matches played Tuesday through Friday last week, the Groesbeck Lady Goats volleyball team split four matches.
There were the usual moans and groans that accompany a football team going through its first day of drills in a new season at Groesbeck’s first practice since 1991 that
