100th Birthday Surprise Party for Kosse Local

Homer Williamson, fondly known as “Blackie” was treated to a special surprise party by his family, friends, and Kosse residents on Friday, August 24 at the community center. The 100th birthday celebration for the World War II veteran included cake, balloons, and a cookout! Williamson was able to meet his first greatgreat-grandson for the first time Friday, making the 100th birthday even sweeter for him! Williamson and his family thanked Mayor Eno and those in attendance for the special day.
