12:50 p.m. Officer Kiser to 500 block West Yeagua for reported possible intoxicated person. Reported person located and determined to have been involved in a verbal disturbance with significant other. Resolved on scene.

2:00 p.m. Officer Kiser to call complainant for reported civil issues. Complainant reported issues with the unemployment appeal process. Referred to the appropriate agency.

6:00 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 900 block North Tyus for a reported civil issue. Complainant reported dispute with significant other over vehicle ownership.

3:42 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 600 block South Ellis for a reported theft. Complainant reported property taken from residence by guest. Investigation initiated.

11:00 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 400 block South Ellis for a reported disturbance. Determined to be verbal only. Resolved on scene.

July 29, 2020

10:00 a.m. Sgt. Bell to call complainant for reported fraudulent activity. Complainant reported unauthorized credit card charge and believed they may have been the victim of skimming. Investigation initiated.

10:54 a.m. Sgt. Bell to FM 937 for a reported reckless driver. Vehicle and driver located. Vehicle experience mechanical failures and was being taken for repairs.

1:00 p.m. Chief Henson to the police department for arrest warrant execution. A person with an outstanding arrest warrant surrendered to the police department.

2:45 p.m. Sgt. Bell to undisclosed address for a reported person in a mental crisis. Complainant reported a person suffering from mental issues. Determined to be a medical condition. The complainant will seek medical help for the reported person.

6:20 p.m. Officer Pantalici to police department for a reported theft. Complainant reported theft of iPad several months prior. Tracking app indicated the device was within city limits. iPad located and recovered.

6:40 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 400 block East Jacinto for reported suspicious activity. Complainant reported unfamiliar items being placed in the storage unit. Investigation initiated.

8:45 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 900 block West Angeline for reported civil issue. Juvenile complainant reported not being allowed to go to a friend’s residence. Resolved on scene. Non-law enforcement issue.

9:25 p.m. Officer Pantalici to call complainant for reported possible drug activity. Complainant reported possible drug activity in their residence while they were incarcerated.

11:25 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 500 block South Leon for a reported suspicious person. Complainant reported hearing someone in the complainant’s yard. Area checked. Unable to locate anyone in the area.

9:35 a.m. Officer Kiser to 300 block South Dr. J.B. Riggs for reported fraudulent activity. Complainant reported unauthorized charges on their debit card. Investigation initiated.

10:50 a.m. Officer Kiser to 800 block West State for a reported theft. Complainant reported known suspect removing tires from complainant’s vehicle. Investigation initiated.

1:05 p.m. Officer Kiser to 200 block West State for reported criminal mischief. The complainant reported damage to a parking sign. Investigation initiated.

11:05 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 300 block East Sabine for a reported disturbance. Determined to have occurred earlier in the day and was verbal only. Resolved on scene.

1:30 a.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 300 block Church Street for reported civil issue. Complainant reported civil dispute with significant other. Resolved on scene.

5:10 p.m. Officer Kiser to 700 block McClintic Drive for reported open 911 line. Determined to be faulty equipment. No emergency.

11:55 p.m. Chief Henson and Cpl. Hobbs to 300 block East Sabine for reported civil issues. Complainant reported issue with child’s employer. Resolved on scene.

1:15 a.m. Chief Henson and Cpl. Hobbs to 300 block East Sabine for reported juvenile complaint. Complainant reported juvenile child leaving the residence without permission. Complainant did not want any further action taken.

9:45 a.m. Chief Henson and Sgt. Bell to undisclosed address for reported person in mental crisis. Person located and transferred for treatment.

3:17 p.m. Chief Henson to 100 block Rocky Creek for reported fraudulent activity. Complainant reported unauthorized transactions on their debit card. Investigation initiated.

1:40 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 100 block North Archer for reported lost person. Complainant reported not knowing their own location. Located complainant and determined to be suffering from mental issues. The complainant was in the care of family members.
