2:50 a.m. Officer Pantalici stopped by motorist and advised of minor crash. Driver provided with selfreporting form as requested.

12:20 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 400 block North Tyus for reported traffic hazard. Caller reported low hanging line. Utility company notified.

September 4, 2018

12:00 p.m. Sgt. Bell to Ellis Street for reported suspicious person. Caller reported male pushing a bicycle and a lawn mower down the street. Unable to locate.

5:22 p.m. Officer Martin to 700 block East Walker for animal complaint. Caller reported dog running at large. Located dog and notified owner. Dog returned to secure area.

No further calls for service this day.

6:48 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 300 block West Navasota for 911 call. Determined to be equipment related. No emergency.

8:29 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 800 block West Navasota for welfare concern. Caller reported not seeing friend for some time and was concerned for his welfare. Located person at his residence and was okay.

12:11 a.m. Officer Alvarado to 600 block East Yeagua for business alarm. False alarm. No offense.

1:06 a.m. Officer Alvarado to 400 block South Ellis for civil issue. Involved parties arguing over wallet.

11:33 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 700 block North Ellis for 911 call. Determined to be faulty equipment. No emergency.

1:34 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 500 block East Yeagua for minor crash. Driver provided with selfreporting crash form as requested.

3:18 p.m. Officer Kiser to 1000 block McClintic Drive for reported vehicle theft. Investigation initiated.

4:14 p.m. Officer Kiser to 1000 block North Ellis for 911 hang-up. Employee stated new phones installed. No emergency.

7:31 p.m. Officer Kiser to 900 block North Tyus for scam complaint. Complainant reported receiving phone call from person claiming to be IRS and demanding $500.00.

7:10 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 500 block South Ellis to assist animal control officer.

8:50 p.m. Officer Kiser to call complainant regarding harassment. Caller reported being harassed via social media.

11:00 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 1000 block West Yeagua for reported threat. Complainant reported being threatened by staff. Call was unfounded.

11:23 p.m. Officer Alvarado to 300 block Church Street for 911 hang-up. No emergency.

5:50 a.m. Officer Alvarado to 200 block Jane Street for 911 hang-up. No emergency.

10:31 a.m. Officer Martin to 1000 block West Yeagua. Resident complained of staff spraying air freshener in hallway.

12:40 p.m. Officer Martin to 800 block McClintic for animal complaint. Caller reported neighbor’s dog being aggressive. Animal control notified and arrived on scene.

2:16 p.m. Officer Martin to 800 block Henderson for civil issue. Caller reported vehicle left on property by previous tenant.

2:22 p.m. Officer Martin to 300 block South Ellis for stranded motorist. Motorist ran out of gas in turning lane. Vehicle removed from roadway.

7:30 p.m. Officer Kiser to 400 block East Jacinto for loose livestock. Two horses returned to pen. Owners notified.

10:35 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 1000 block West Yeagua for suspicious activity. Resident reported suspicious activity at facility. Unfounded.

September 9, 2018

3:08 a.m. Officer Alvarado to 1000 block West Yeagua for suspicious activity. Resident reported hearing voices in the attic. Unfounded.

4:09 a.m. Officer Alvarado to 900 block North Tyus for possible disturbance. Caller reported ex-husband on property. Suspect left scene prior to arrival.

2:12 p.m. Officer Martin to 200 block North Tyus for suspicious activity. Caller reported seeing unknown male behind residence.

3:57 p.m. Officer Kiser to 1000 block West Yeagua. Resident reported staff giving unwanted shot.

4:25 p.m. Officer Kiser to call complainant regarding civil issue. Caller had questions concerning moving out of a residence.
