12:37 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 100 block South Railroad for reported animal complaint. Complainant reported dog at large in the area. Unable to locate animal.

2:25 p.m. Officer Kiser and Chief Henson to 200 block North Archer for reported burglary of building. Complainant reported observing juveniles enter vacant building. Suspects located on property and released to guardian.

7:08 p.m. Officer Martin to 900 block North Tyus for reported child custody and injury complaint. Complainant reported finding bruise on child upon return from other parent.

10:25 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to call complainant regarding neighbor dispute. Complainant reported issues with neighbors. Complainant stated they would contact the apartment manager.

12:18 a.m. Officer Martin to 400 block West Angeline for reported suspicious vehicle. Complainant reported unfamiliar vehicle driving in the neighborhood. Located vehicle and driver. Local resident. No offense.

8:08 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 700 block West Jacinto for reported welfare concern. Complainant reported being unable to make contact with resident. Resident returned home while officer was on scene. No offense.

10:13 a.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 14 South for reported reckless driver. Driver located and arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

5:28 p.m. Officer Martin to 900 block East Navasota for reported welfare concern. Complainant requested check of resident. Resident located and found to be okay.

7:55 p.m. Officer Martin to Allison Street for reported traffic complaint. Complainant reported juveniles operating dirt bike on roadway. Unable to locate reported activity.

8:20 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 500 block East Yeagua for reported theft complaint. Complainant reported customer shoplifting. Investigation initiated. Items recovered and suspect cited for Theft <$100.00. Suspect also issued criminal trespass notice.

5:00 a.m. Officer Pantalici to 600 block East Cobb for reported juvenile complaint. Complainant reported 17-year old child leaving residence during the night. Believed to be at significant other’s residence. Options provided to parent.

10:25 a.m. Officer Kiser to 300 block South Ellis for reported loud music. Complainant reported loud music coming from vendor. Located source and responsible party turned music down.

5:25 p.m. Officer Kiser to SH 164 West for reported reckless driver. Complainant reported vehicle passing in turning lane. Vehicle located and driver cited.

5:42 p.m. Officer Martin to 500 block East Yeagua for reported assault. Complainant reported being assaulted by spouse. Suspect located and cited for family violence offense and released (not accepted at jail.)

8:07 p.m. Officer Pantalici to call citizen for traffic question. Complainant requested information on operating off-road vehicle on public roadway.

9:37 p.m. Officer Martin to 300 block West Yeagua for reported reckless driver. Vehicle located and driver warned for defective equipment.

10:00 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 400 block West State for requested criminal trespass notice. Complainant requested second party be issued criminal trespass notice. Complainant reported second party sleeping in non-operational van on complainant’s property. Notice served. No further calls for service

5:29 p.m. Officer Martin to 300 block North Waco for reported civil issue. Complainant reported wanting second resident to leave the property. Eviction process explained. Second resident voluntarily left.

8:50 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 900 block Phyllis Lane for reported theft. Complainant reported giving money to individual to get change and money was not returned. Call was unfounded.

9:27 p.m. Officer Martin to 600 block East Jacinto for reported gunshots. Determined to be fireworks in nearby area.

1:30 p.m. Officer Kiser to 300 block South Ellis for close patrol request. Complainant reported damaged window on property. Requested extra patrol.

1:50 p.m. Officer Kiser to 400 block South Dr. J.B. Riggs Drive for reported business alarm. Met with employee and determined there was no emergency.

6:35 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 1000 block West Yeagua for reported disturbance. Determined to be minor physical altercation. Suspects left prior to officer arrival.

7:25 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 700 block West Jacinto for reported welfare concern. Complainant reported no contact with neighbor. Contacted neighbor and determined everything was okay.
