LC appraisers to be in the field

Appraisers for Limestone Appraisal District will soon begin field work for the 2021 reappraisal year.

This includes property inspections, physically measuring the exterior of residential homes, out buildings and commercial properties, and taking pictures.

They will be working properties in the Coolidge Independent School District and also properties in Hubbard ISD, Mt. Calm ISD, Axtell ISD and Mart ISD that fall within Limestone County. Additional re-checks will be made throughout the county.

“Our appraisers can be identified by the Limestone Appraisal District signage on their vehicles,” said Chief Appraiser Karen Wietzikoski, “and they carry business cards along with their Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Card.”
