6:38 a.m. Sgt. Bell and Chief Henson to 400 block South Waco for down utility line. The utility company notified. The line marked for traffic control.

7:25 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 200 block East Navasota for reported burglary of a motor vehicle. Complainant reported property missing from the vehicle interior. Investigation initiated.

8:01 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 200 block South Rusk for a reported theft. The complainant reported a bicycle taken from the residence. Investigation initiated.
