Time to ‘fall back’ clocks this weekend
Thu, 11/03/2022 - 12:00am
Daylight saving time comes to an end this Sunday, November 6. You’ll set your clocks back an hour at 2 a.m., meaning you get an extra hour of sleep that night.
Daylight Saving Time is a system for uniformly advancing clocks, so as to extend daylight hours during the conventional waking time in the summer months. In countries in the Northern Hemisphere, clocks are usually set ahead one hour in late March or in April and are set back one hour in late September or in October.
