It’s that time again to share food with those who need help.
Saturday, Nov. 14 - 11 AM - 1:30 PM. All riders whether on bike or cage will gather at Blacksheep Tattoo shop behind Church of Christ in Groesbeck at 10 am for a brief run-through of the ride followed by a prayer from Kelley Player of the Christian Riders Association.
The Groesbeck Veterans Day Parade will be on Wednesday, November 11. The line up will be on Trinity at 9:30 a.m.The parade will travel down Ellis (Hwy. 14) to the Limestone County Courthouse. There will be a helicopter flyover (weather permitting) after the National Anthem. After the parade, all participants and spectators are encouraged to move to the north (flagpole) side of the courthouse at 11 a.m. for the ceremony, which will include resolutions from the state legislature, a 21-gun salute, and Taps.
