Road Rehabilitation Project to Begin on SH 7 in Limestone County

WACO — The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Waco District announced that construction will begin Monday, March 2, on a road rehabilitation project along SH 7 in Limestone County.
The project will span approximately 9.3 miles from SH 14 near Kosse to the Robertson County line. Improvements are aimed at enhancing driver experience and increasing safety along the corridor.
Motorists should expect various lane closures throughout construction, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2027.
The approximately $14 million project has been awarded to Big Creek Construction.
