Friday, Saturday, Apr. 14 and 15 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – Groesbeck Spring Citywide Cleanup – The City of Groesbeck will provide a citywide cleanup event for Groesbeck citizens. – Large dumpsters will be placed at the city lot located at 102 E. Jacinto, across from the old football field near the recycling cent, for city residents to discard items that are inappropriate to place in the regular trash pickup.

Saturday, May 6

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Groesbeck Spring Citywide Garage Sales and the Groesbeck Chamber Annual Spring Peddlers Market. Details on vendor booth reservations and garage sale listings will be released in March.

Saturday, June 10

10 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Fort Parker State Park and Texas Parks and Wildlife. – Celebrate Texas State Parks turning 100 years old with a community-wide birthday bash! – All activities are free! – Canoeing, kayaking and paddle board rides, tour boat rides, dutch oven cooking, face painting and more. – Entry to a park is free when it hosts an official 100-year celebration event. – This is one of many events happening at Texas State Parks this year.
