Alzheimer’s and Cold Weather
I have a confession to make. I’m still trying to put away our outdoor Christmas décor. It seems that every time I get started, it either rains, or another cold front blows through. Weather in our Lone Star State is always unpredictable, but this time I’m going to wear a jacket and tape an umbrella to my back and do it for sure.

Caden Collins recently earned the honor of being placed on Tarleton’s Scholastic Honors College of Business Dean’s List for the Fall 2021 semester.
Lions learn about LMC’s upcoming Community Health Needs Assessment
Julie Wilson with LMC spoke to the Lions Club about the current goal of the hospital to complete a “Community Health Needs Assessment.” Hospital is required to determine what needs are present in our community that correlates to health care. They are starting a 6-month process that will include requesting surveys from community members. The goal is to have at least 500-600 surveys completed in the next 4 months, and then the results will be compiled into a report that will be published and then used by LMC to better serve our community.
