Lions learn about LMC’s upcoming Community Health Needs Assessment

Julie Wilson with LMC spoke to the Lions Club about the current goal of the hospital to complete a “Community Health Needs Assessment.” Hospital is required to determine what needs are present in our community that correlates to health care. They are starting a 6-month process that will include requesting surveys from community members. The goal is to have at least 500-600 surveys completed in the next 4 months, and then the results will be compiled into a report that will be published and then used by LMC to better serve our community.
