Garden Club learns about inspirational gardens coming to county
The Cynthia Ann Garden Club had its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 27 at Springfield Hall at 2 p. m. The meeting was opened and Carolyn Hughes, a member of the club as well as a member of the Limestone County Master Gardeners introduced the program for the day. It was given by the Limestone County Master Gardeners President, Linda Valls who gave a power- point presentation and told about the upcoming project of the Inspiration Gardens. It is a joint project between the LC Master Gardeners, Agri- Life Office of Texas A & M, Massey Foundation, and donations from residents and businesses. The gardens are designed to inspire learning, discovery, joy, and success.
