CHILDREN’S PATRIOTIC BIKE PARADE/CONTEST
The Groesbeck Chamber of Commerce hosted a Children’s Patriotic Bike Parade/Contest at Hawkins Park on Tuesday, July 4. The winners of the contests were first place- Barrett Tweddale, second place- Madelyn Tweddale, and third place Alfred David. All the winner’s owners received prize winnings of fireworks from Jay’s Fireworks of Groesbeck.

Methodist Pancake Breakfast kicks off July 4th
“The pancake breakfast was a huge success for the church and the community. We had close to 200 people attend and eat pancakes, bacon, and sausage,” said Pastor Ben Heubner. “We want to thank our community for supporting the pancake breakfast and the church.
