NRG Dewey Prairie Garden, since March 2022, has yielded 10,000 pounds of produce that was distributed to six area food pantries that collectively serve approximately 2,000 people per month in the three-county area.
Stone County Conservative Coalition (SCCC) hosted District 13 Texas House Representative Angelia Orr on June 20 at the Kosse Community Center. Approximately 50 people were in attendance including several county officials. SCCC President, Mike Blair, opened the meeting with prayer and the pledge followed by an introduction for Mrs. Orr.
