GISD Board calls special meeting concerning cheer

In the Groesbeck ISD School Board meeting Thursday, Feb. 20, Middle School Principal Kenna Moody and Cheer Sponsor Holly Black proposed two significant changes to the GMS Cheerleader Constitution, and a lively discussion between board members and administrators followed. Due to the lively discussion, parent concerns and more the Groesbeck ISD board has called a special meeting to take place on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6:00 pm to address the full concerns of the issue involving the GMS Cheerleading Constitution.
