More than two dozen residents of Groesbeck ISD showed up to join the conversation about the future of GISD facilities and opportunities that could be made possible with approval of a bond in the next general election.
School may be out for summer break, but Groesbeck ISD administrators and board members still have education on the brain as they prepare for the 2025-2026 school year. At the GISD board meeting on Monday, June 16, Superintendent Scott Cummings and the board took decisive action toward a facilities bond election in the fall, beginning with the selection of an architect.
