10:00 a.m. Officer Cox to 200 block West Colorado for significant water leak inside business. Owner located and notified.

1:53 p.m. Officer Cox to 600 block North Ellis for dogfighting complaint. Caller reported overhearing two males discussing fighting their dogs. No further details were given.

4:00 p.m. Chief Henson to North Ellis Street for reported reckless driver. Driver located. No offense.

4:49 p.m. Officer Cox to 100 block East Navasota for criminal trespass. Person on premises without owner approval. Suspect identified and escorted from property.

7:05 p.m. Officer Alvarado to 700 block East Navasota for found property.

12:58 a.m. Officer Alvarado to 400 block West Trinity for argument between residents. Male and female arguing over medication.

9:07 a.m. All officers on assignment following citywide power outage

10:28 a.m. Officer Cox and Sgt. Bell to 300 block West Cypress for open door on building. Determined to be faulty door. No offense.

11:30 a.m. All officers on assignment following citywide natural gas outage

6:14 p.m. Officer Alvarado to 600 block Culberson for request for assistance due to lack of heat in residence.

6:57 p.m. Officer Martin to 500 block West Navasota Street. Caller requesting extra blankets

7:20 p.m. Officer Alvarado to 200 block East Sabine for welfare check. Caller wanted welfare checked on elderly family member due to heating issues. Resident located and determined to be okay.

9:05 p.m. Officer Martin to 700 block McClintic for welfare concern. Elderly patient returning home with no heat. Referred to warming center.

9:12 p.m. Officer Alvarado to 400 block North Leon for power outage. Residents referred to local temporary shelter until service restored.

11:32 p.m. Officer Martin to 500 block Parkcrest for assault complaint. Call was unfounded.

4:15 p.m. Officer Martin to 600 block Hewitt for damaged property. Caller reported damaged fence. Determined to be weather related.

5:45 p.m. Officer Martin to 200 block East State Street for ATV complaint

8:31 p.m. Officer Martin to 700 block South Ellis for disturbance. Argument occurred between ex-spouses. Resolved on scene.
