12:45 a.m. Officer Martin to 500 block Parkcrest for animal complaint. Caller reported dog sprayed by skunk.

2:25 p.m. Officer Cox to office to meet with complainant regarding lost wallet.

4:30 p.m. Officer Hobbs to call complainant regarding child who did not return home from school. Determined child was on wrong school bus.

8:30 p.m. Officer Martin to North Archer Street for animal complaint regarding dogs at large. Unable to locate animals.

No further calls for service this day.

January 24, 2018

2:15 p.m. Officer Cox to meet with assault victim at the police department. Complainant reported being pushed by roommate.

2:15 p.m. Officer Cox to meet with complainant regarding possible forgery. Complainant reported unauthorized person obtained auto insurance on vehicle. Believed paperwork may have been forged.

7:33 p.m. Officer Alvarado advised of aggravated assault suspect possibly travelling to Groesbeck from Mexia. Officer Alvarado located suspect and transferred custody to Mexia Police Department.
