Alvis “Ray” Boren passed away on June 1, 2019 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the
The First Baptist Church in Kosse, Texas, 100 N. Myrtle Street (and Hwy 7).
Ray was born March 24, 1932 to Father, George Tillie Boren and Mother. Jessie Florence Sutton Boren.
Survived by his wife, Barbara Nell Boren of Kosse, Texas and step daughter Jaclyn Duncan, grandson Cade and Wes Duncan, one brother Earl Wayne Boren of Hewitt, Texas and one sister Evelyn Gaye Sutter and brother-in-law Bob Sutter of Hewitt, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
