Jordan “Jojo” Mayeux

Jordan “Jojo” Mayeux, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, was taken too early. She went to be with our Lord on July 24, 2025, along-side her mother-in-law, Sheila Kinsella, when a tragic traffic accident occurred within miles of her home town of Thornton, TX.
Jordan was a beautiful soul who never met a stranger. When she loved, she loved deep, and if she considered you a friend you were lucky! She was a valued employee of Barndominiums by Steve Mansfield, and an absolute joy to everyone in the community she became a part of. She was an absolute ball of light and a strong-willed woman. She was truly one of the Lord’s gifts to the world.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Mayeux; children, Nevae, Raylee, Robbie and Ryder Mayeux; mother, Dawn Robinson and Eric Shae; sister, Mikayla Taylor and husband Josh and their 4 children; brother, Justin Finch, Alex and Tyler Travers; grandmother, Jackie Kitchens; grandfathers, John Finch and Henry Robinson; stepfather, Danny Ray Thomas; father, Tracy Finch and wife Kim Finch; and an army of aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews.
Jojo was proceeded in death by her older brother, Jamie Obrian Finch; grandfather, Leeroy Kitchens; and maw-maw, Janice Finch.
Jordan will be missed tremendously by all of us from Texas to South Carolina, and many places in between, as she was an amazing person.
