Lucien W. Kennedy III

1939-2020

Lucien W. Kennedy III, age 80, a resident of Limestone Lake Community near Groesbeck, Texas passed away March 10, 2020, after a short illness.

Lucien was born to Lucien William Kennedy II and Leila Lunetta Barrow Kennedy on May 1, 1939, in Wink, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anita, his father, and mother and daughter Shelly Hope Kennedy.

He is survived by his sister Loynette Hosea of Orange, Texas, son Lucien W. Kennedy IV of Atlanta, GA, daughter Sammi M. Kennedy Gonzales and husband John of Taos, NM, stepson Curtis L. Orn and wife Tracy of Houston, TX.

Grandchildren, Joshua A. Kennedy, William J. Kennedy, Kristen R. Kennedy, Maddison N. Gonzales, Elayna R. Gonzales, Sheena R. Orn, and numerous friends and neighbors in the Lake Limestone Community.

A graveside committal burial will be held on June 12, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. at San Jacinto Memorial Park, 14659 East Freeway, Houston, Texas 77015.
