11:18 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 500 block East Yeagua for reported theft. Complainant reported possible theft by customer. Criminal trespass notice issued at request of management.

2:59 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 500 block East Yeagua Street for reported animal concern. Complainant reported dog left in vehicle. Vehicle left prior to officer arrival.

3:05 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 200 block Bold Ruler for reported harassment. Determined to be civil disagreement concerning postal delivery. No criminal offense.

4:55 p.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 164 West for reported reckless driver. Complainant reported vehicle swerving in and out of lane of travel. Vehicle located and driver warned.

5:10 p.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 14 North for reported reckless driver. Complainant reported commercial motor vehicle following too closely and passing on shoulder. Vehicle located parked inside city limits. Driver reported suffering from driver fatigue and stopped for break.

8:28 a.m. Officer Kiser to 400 block South Ellis for requested criminal trespass notice. Complainant requested criminal trespass notice be served to two other parties. Notices executed.

12:30 p.m. Officer Kiser to reported suspicious person on Allison Street. Complainant reported unfamiliar person walking in the area. Reported person located and determined to be working in he area.

12:55 p.m. Officer Kiser to 900 block South Ellis for reported animal carcass. Complainant reported deceased animal placed in dumpster. Animal Control removed carcass for proper disposal.

3:05 p.m. Officer Kiser to undisclosed address for agency assistance. Adult Protective Services requested officer presence during investigation.

6:25 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 200 block Jane Street for reported theft. Complainant reported lawn mower missing from residence. Investigation initiated.

6:55 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 500 block East Yeagua for reported counterfeit money. Complainant reported customer passing a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill. Investigation initiated.

7:15 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 700 block Henderson Boulevard for reported juvenile complaint. Complainant reported juveniles riding ATVs on roadway. Call was unfounded.

8:15 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 400 block East Brazos for reported found property. Complainant reported bicycle in front yard that did not belong at residence.

10:03 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 200 block South Houston for reported animal complaint. Complainant reported dog at large in neighborhood. Dog located and returned to property.

4:06 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 1000 block West Yeagua for reported civil issue. Complainant reported being denied permission to leave facility. Complainant ultimately released from facility with consent of physician.

5:23 p.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 164 West for reported reckless driver. Vehicle and driver located at residence within city limits. Driver admitted to suffering from driving fatigue.

10:50 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 1000 block Frost for reported civil. Complainant reported property taken by former significant other. Determined to be joint ownership. No offense.

11:50 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 100 block South Waco for reported gun shots. Complainant reported hearing gunshots in the area of FM 1245 West.

7:22 a.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 164 West for reported reckless driver. Unable to locate reported vehicle.

7:31 a.m. Sgt. Bell to call citizen for reported welfare concern. Citizen reported concern for second party travelling for medical care but not arriving at facility. Unable to locate reported person at locale hospital. Reported person later determined to be at another facility in another city.

8:30 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 600 block West Navasota for reported animal complaint. Complainant reported dogs at large in neighborhood. Dogs located and returned to owner. Owner issued warning for violation.

9:40 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 700 block McClintic Drive for reported intoxicated person. Complainant reported person discharged from facility and appeared to be intoxicated. Reported person left prior to officer arrival and returned home.

10:40 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 300 block North Rusk for reported illegal dumping. Complainant reported building materials dumped at recycling center. Suspect identified and investigation initiated.

3:50 p.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 164 East for reported reckless driver. Complainant reported vehicle swerving on roadway. Vehicle and driver located. Determined to be caused by distracted driver.

10:15 p.m. Chief Henson and Officer Pantalici to 1000 block Frost for reported structure fire. Performed traffic control while fire department worked fire.

3:20 a.m. Officer Pantalici to 600 block Parkside for reported welfare concern. Complainant reported hearing person scream in nearby open field. Unable to located reported person.

5:30 a.m. Officer Pantalici to undisclosed address for reported person in mental distress. Resolved on scene.

11:25 a.m. Chief Henson, Sgt. Bell and Officer Kiser to SH 164 East for reported reckless drivers. Complainant reported vehicles racing on SH 164 East. Observed vehicles at convenience store parking lot. No offenses observed. Determined to be members of Houston Lamborghini Club.

2:25 p.m. Officer Kiser to 200 block West Trinity for reported business alarm. Determined to be accidental trigger. No offense.

4:25 p.m. Officer Kiser to 300 block East State for reported suspicious activity. Complainant reported unfamiliar code on alarm panel. Assisted with understanding code. No offense.

10:00 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 800 block Jenny for reported suspicious activity. Complainant reported someone knocking on door and informing complainant of light being on in vehicle. Complainant did not see light on in vehicle.

1:15 a.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 1300 block North Ellis for reported disturbance. Complainant reported hearing disturbance in adjoining room. Occupants located and denied engaging in disturbance at that location. Occupants reported being in a previous disturbance in another city.

11:45 a.m. Officer Kiser to 400 block North Dallas for reported suspicious activity. Complainant reported seeing unfamiliar juveniles on property via surveillance system. Juveniles not on property at time of report.

12:40 p.m. Officer Kiser to 500 block North Ellis for emergency message delivery.

1:50 p.m. Officer Kiser to undisclosed address for reported drug activity. Complainant reported possible drug activity at nearby residence.

9:00 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to undisclosed address for reported threat. Complainant reported threat of assault by spouse. Complainant found to be suffering from dementia.

11:35 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to call complainant for reported civil issue. Complainant requested information concerning removing another resident from the household.
