12:00 p.m. Sgt. Bell to the police department for reported harassment. The complainant reported possible harassment by a known suspect. The allegation was unfounded.

1:07 p.m. Sgt. Bell to 900 block East Navasota for a reported theft. Complainant reported possible theft by a known suspect. The complainant did not want to pursue charges.

6:45 p.m. Officer Pantalici to 1000 block West Yeagua for a reported disturbance. Determined to be verbal only. Resolved on scene.

7:55 p.m. Officer Pantalici to call complainant for reported juvenile complaint. The complainant reported known juvenile throwing rocks at the complainant’s building. Met with juvenile and parent. Issue resolved.

10:10 p.m. Officer Pantalici to call the complainant for a reported animal complaint. Complainant reported neighbor’s puppies at-large in the neighborhood.

2:00 p.m. Officer Cardenas to 700 block West Jacinto for reported juvenile complaint. The complainant reported juvenile striking trash cans with a baseball bat. Juvenile located and returned to parents.

2:40 p.m. Officer Cardenas to 500 block East Yeagua for reported intoxicated person. The complainant reported an unfamiliar person on the complainant’s property who appeared to be highly intoxicated. The reported person left the property and was reported to have fallen off a bicycle multiple times. A reported person located on the shoulder of the roadway in 500 block East Yeagua. Unable to arrest due to jail refusal to accept.

7:25 p.m. Officer Martin to 300 block East Yeagua for a reported auto-pedestrian accident.

9:25 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 200 block Elwood Enge for requested motorist assist. The complainant reported locking keys in the vehicle. Provided private locksmith options.

March 18, 2021

12:12 p.m. Sgt. Bell to call complainant for reported criminal trespass. Complainant reported family member entering complainant’s home without permission. Requested criminal trespass notice at a future date if the incident occurs again.

3:44 p.m. Sgt. Bell to SH 164 West for a reported vehicle crash. Remained on scene until the arrival of medical personnel and investigating agency.

6:20 p.m. Officer Martin to 700 block Cherry for a civil issue. Complainant reported arriving to pick up children pursuant to child custody order but former spouse and children not at home.

9:25 p.m. Officer Martin to 600 block Culberson for an animal complaint. Complainant reported neighbor’s puppies at-large in the neighborhood. Attempt to contact the owner but was unsuccessful.

9:25 p.m. Officer Pantalici to call the complainant for a reported civil issue. Complainant reported personal information given to Better Business Bureau without authorization. March 19, 2021

2:05 a.m. Officer Pantalici to 1200 block Joel for suspicious activity. The complainant reported dog barking. Requested check of the area. Unable to locate any suspicious activity.

9:00 a.m. Sgt. Bell to 600 block North Ellis for a reported disturbance. Determined to be verbal only. Resolved on scene.

10:00 a.m. Detective Cox to the police department for reported found property. Complainant reported finding a credit card at a local business. Card released to the police department and owner located and notified.

March 20, 2021

10:08 a.m. Officer Cardenas to 1200 block East Yeagua for reported terroristic threat. Investigation initiated.

10:46 a.m. Officer Cardenas to call the complainant for a requested vehicle registration information.

12:07 p.m. Officer Cardenas to 600 block East Yeagua for a reported minor crash.

12:10 p.m. Officer Cardenas to 900 block Phyllis Lane for a reported welfare concern. The complainant requested a check of the resident. Unable to locate anyone at the residence.

12:56 p.m. Officer Cardenas to 700 block McClintic for a reported dog bite. The complainant reported being bitten by a stray animal in 400 block North Dr. J.B. Riggs Drive. Investigation initiated.

3:28 p.m. Officer Cardenas to 100 block North Archer for a reported welfare concern. The complainant reported being unable to contact a family member. The reported person located and determined to be okay.

7:20 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 900 block South Ellis for a reported theft. The complainant reported the theft of an item while at a local business. Investigation initiated.

11:02 p.m. Officer Martin to 100 block North Tucker for a reported theft. The complainant reported vehicle was stolen by a known suspect. Investigation initiated.

March 21, 2021

1:20 a.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 100 block North Railroad for a reported business alarm. Determined to be a false alarm. No offense.

8:44 a.m. Officer Cardenas to 200 block South Leon for reported burglary motor vehicle. The complainant reported an unknown person entering the vehicle and looking through the compartments. Investigation initiated.

12:13 p.m. Officer Cardenas to SH 164 West for a reported vehicle fire. Remained on scene until fire department and investigating agency arrived.

9:30 p.m. Cpl. Hobbs to 700 block McClintic for a reported assault. The victim did not want to pursue an investigation.
