Financial relief for the Limestone County government for the many COVID-19-related expenses it has incurred is expected soon, with the state’s distributing CARES Act funds.
Although sales tax revenues are down across Texas, the Bi-Stone counties are mostly in the black, with the exception of Teague, which is struggling at nearly 19 percent down from last January.
