Local doctor makes house calls to homebound patients
Decades before the advancement of care in hospitals, doctors arrived at patients’ homes with medical bags. Today, Dr. David Fedro loads the back seat of his truck with portable medical equipment transported directly to patients’ homes.

We were blessed Thursday, March 2 with having Beverly Morris from Lake Limestone and Pam Harlan here from Thornton join our group. Others in attendance were Ann Brown, Snuffy Bennett, Lorene Stembridge, Roger and Sharon Watson, Sammy Cooper, Doris Lemley, James Lenamond, Earl Mask, Alma McCurry, Wayne Sharp, Sheryl Davis, Wilma Lee, Gayla Lind, Janice Bilbrey and myself.
