$11,150 raised by Kosse community for Hurricane help
The little town with a big heart has done it again. The Kosse community came out in full force Saturday, September 2 to support relief efforts for Hurricane Harvey victims. Members of the Kosse Fire Department, City officials and employees all participated collecting donations all day.
“We were all humbled by the generosity and love of our community. We collected a large supply of bottled water and an entire trailer full of supplies and food. We also collected $11,150 in donations. Amazing.”
stated Kosse Community spokesperson.
“A big thank you to our trucking community for all the support and Kasa Kosse for feeding the volunteer workers, free of charge.”
Members of the Kosse Fire Department will be transporting the donations this week to those in need.
