Kosse FUMC holds Revival

The Kosse First United Methodist Church held its yearly Revival the week of July 16. Rev. Thomas Q. Robbins, the pastor at Streetman and former pastor of Marlin United Methodist Churches, preached each night of the three-day revival. The Chancel Choir from Christ United Methodist Church in College Station sang Sunday evening. On Monday night, a blue grass band from the Wesley Foundation at Texas A&M provided music. At the final service, Ann Harder, anchorwoman from Channel 25, offered her musical gifts. Services were attended by people from Kosse, Groesbeck, Marlin, Streetman and other nearby communities.
