The Kosse Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and the Kosse City Council have announced the cancellation of their scheduled meetings for January. Both organizations will take a break this month and are set to resume their regular meetings in February.
The Kosse City Council was prepared to continue their discussion with local property owner George Rasco at the regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 17, having given him an additional month to decide a game plan for his derelict property at 103 S. Narcissus.
