Presley reminded everyone that it is important to not turn a construction site into an attraction and that constructing the mural first before the foundation and constructional aesthetics would be a danger rather than a benefit.
Phase one of the Parkette should start taking place at the beginning of 2018 and would include the construction and masonry work.
