First Vice President Michael Williams led the Lions Club meeting on May 9, as President Tom Levi was absent, and Tiffany Burleson shared an informative presentation about the Limestone County Fair Association.

After the lions approved last week's minutes, John Bush reminded club members to be selling rifle raffle tickets and spreading the word about the upcoming car show. A few members made plans to team up and sell rifle raffle tickets at busy local eateries over the next few weekends. Bush also spoke on the need to secure sponsorships for the show by calling and visiting area businesses.

Jim Bohls and Roy DeFriend were presented with Centennial Pins for sponsoring members, silver and gold respectively.
