Limestone County Courthouse Costume Contest Winners

This year’s contest was a little different — winners were chosen by a vote from attendees who did not enter instead of a panel of judges. First place went to the Sheriff’s Office for its “Richard Simmons Workout Video”, and second place went to the third floor — the probation and auditor’s offices — for their scene from “Dodgeball”.

Cynthia Ann Garden Club Goes ‘Batty’ at October Meeting

The Cynthia Ann Garden Club held its monthly meeting Oct. 24 at the Groesbeck Woman’s Club, where members learned all about bats during a lively presentation titled “Let’s Get Batty!”

Groesbeck Study Club Hosts Festive Fall Meeting, Hears GISD Bond Update
