On the eve of the first day of school, the Groesbeck ISD Board of Trustees met to discuss the 2023- 2024 budget, student handbook, and student code of conduct, among other topics. The board also heard a proposal from Schneider Electric regarding potential energy savings for the district, competing with Ideal Impact, who guaranteed hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings in their presentation at the July board meeting.
